Shipping Limits
We ship anywhere in the continental United States and Canada. We will also ship internationally for an additional shipping fee. To obtain additional international shipping rates, please call us at (312) 733-2211 or email info@carlypattersonmusic.com.
Customer Guarantee / Replacement Policy for Physical Merchandise Only
Products ordered through carlypattersonmusic.com are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If a product you receive is not what you expected or does not meet your needs, you may return it within 30 days of shipping date for a refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping and handling fee). All returns must be sent to MusicMInd Recrods, Inc., 1327 W. Washington Blvd., Suite 105, Chicago, IL 60607 USA.
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt or invoice. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns during shipping. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Customer Guarantee / Replacement Policy for Download Music
You may request a new download within 30 days of the original date of download. All replacement download requests must be accompanied by the 10 digit PIN Access Code shown on the back of the DropZone Card.
Instructions for the replacement download(s) will be emailed to you within 48-Hours from the time we receive your request. in your order will indicate where you need to send your return.
